About

The casting platform is run by It'sBarbados (ITSB), a creative studio in Barbados. We built it to make it simple for organizers to find the right people and for talent to find meaningful work, without a middleman in every conversation.

What we believe

Talent should own their profile and their relationships. Organizers should be able to post a casting, review applicants and hire directly. And when a project needs a guiding hand, our concierge team is here to run the casting for you.

Barbados first, Caribbean next

We're starting at home, with talent and productions across the island, and building for opportunities around the Caribbean and beyond.
